The Amazon MGM Studios Digital Home Entertainment Distribution team is seeking a Sr. Marketing Manager to lead our global transactional (PEST, PVOD, EST, and VOD) and AVOD marketing campaigns. This role will define, execute, and measure home entertainment marketing from strategy to execution to drive scalable, best-in-class business practices in support of the digital home entertainment business.

They are an expert at influencing without authority to deliver results, and needs to be equally comfortable leading high-level meetings and rolling up their sleeves to handle all aspects of campaign execution, document writing and analytically grounded strategic recommendations.
Key job responsibilities
Collaborate with internal and external business teams to develop and execute innovative cross-functional marketing and media strategies in support of the transactional and AVOD businesses, including new release PVOD/PEST launches and a deep portfolio of Amazon MGM Studios’ library content. Main point of contact with external agencies and partners, leading communication, relationships, and all aspects of campaign execution including development and delivery of campaign assets. Create and manage campaign documents including budgets, briefs, presentations for internal and external partners, performance recaps, project trackers, etc. Partner with data and analytics teams to test and learn across a wide set of marketing tactics to determine what works to drive the digital home entertainment business forward. Define the overall transactional home entertainment marketing strategy with the leadership team. Ad hoc home entertainment marketing support for Amazon MGM Studio-wide library initiatives.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience. 7+ yrs. in digital marketing strategy, or related field within the entertainment industry.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies that contribute to long-term growth. Exceptional organizational and project management skills to drive all aspects of marketing campaigns. Adaptability and resilience to quick changes in priorities, tools, workflow, and technology. Able to navigate through ambiguity and pivot when necessary. Ability to work well both autonomously and within a team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
