Chief Development and Marketing Officer (CDMO)

Formation of teams with diverse perspectives and experiences. Responsibilities: Ensure the integrity of Salesforce CRM data management for donation tracking. Lead the formulation of actionable strategies for exceeding revenue targets. Recruit and manage a Development committee to support fundraising efforts. Drive the deployment of digital tools and public relations to increase awareness. Identify new revenue streams to expand fundraising efforts. Work closely with leadership to ensure alignment of key messages. Collaborate to set revenue goals and manage the budget. Serve as a member of the organization's Leadership Team. Lead RDMC staff in developing and executing strategies to achieve goals. Engage Board members in fostering a culture of philanthropy. Provide training and mentorship on donor assessment and strategy. Represent the organization at external events. What you'll be doing: Support a capital campaign for a new home at an iconic Austin landmark. Oversee comprehensive brand and marketing strategies. Lead a consolidated marketing and resource development team. Develop and implement revenue growth goals aligned with organizational values. Drive initiatives to boost community involvement and funding. Establish objectives and campaigns to promote brand recognition. What you'll bring: CFRE certification preferred. Experience with capital campaigns preferred. Bachelor's degree in related field required; Master's preferred. 10+ years of progressive non-profit fundraising experience. Proven ability to secure major gifts. Strong strategic planning skills. Excellent interpersonal skills for donor solicitation. Willingness to work flexible schedules.
