Fisher Investments is hiring: Senior Multimedia Designer in CAMAS

Our growing in-house creative agency, fishtank, is looking for an experienced Senior Multimedia Designer to help shape our multimedia strategy and production. You will help develop video and multimedia deliverables that support our direct response marketing efforts in 16 markets across the globe. Reporting to the Design Team Leader, you will help expand the creation process and systems/tools necessary to produce high-quality direct response marketing videos and animations that inspire action.

The Opportunity:

As a Senior Multimedia Designer, you will use your expertise in multimedia design and production—including video creation, creative brainstorming, motion graphics and editing. Beyond production, you will oversee the creative lifecycle—brainstorming, storyboarding, concept pitching, resource allocation (internal and outsourced work) and production.

The Day-to-Day:

• Create videos, audio, GIFs, motion graphics, interactive media and other media for use in direct marketing across multiple channels, including Meta (ads & reels), YouTube, Google Display, native vendors, landing pages and more
• Use AI tools to help refine and scale video production
• Partner with the copy team to build storyboards for video concepts to share with partners
• Work with external agencies and contractors by providing art direction, relaying feedback, managing timelines, and developing deliverables
• Understand and implement direct response video marketing best practices
• Work closely with copywriting and project management teams within the in-house agency to complete video and animation projects
• Follow design and multimedia brand guidelines
• Manage and update multimedia content libraries on an ongoing basis

Your Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a multimedia design and video editing (2D or 3D animation, motion graphics, video, audio) role and expertise in multimedia production
• Portfolio of work to highlight skills and experience with multimedia creation
• Bachelor’s degree in digital media, graphic design, marketing, or another relevant field
• Experience developing video advertising for a variety of platforms
• Experience of Adobe After Effects, Animate, and Premiere Pro
• Experience with Adobe Media Encoder
• Familiar with both Mac and PC computers and tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)

Compensation:

• $70,000 - $100,000 base salary per year in the state of WA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience.
• Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
