The Vice President, Digital Performance Marketing & Loyalty is pivotal in driving growth and consumer engagement, leveraging data, cutting-edge marketing technologies, and performance-driven strategies. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and global counterparts to deliver targeted campaigns, optimize customer journeys, and enhance brand loyalty. Key Responsibilities: Digital Performance Marketing StrategyDevelop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth in the Americas regionOversee all aspects of performance marketing, including Paid Search (SEM), Paid Social, Display Advertising, Programmatic, SEO, and Affiliate MarketingSet KPIs and benchmarks for growth, ensuring measurable success through data-driven decisionsLead the development of campaigns that optimize the digital customer journey, maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and improve overall digital channel performanceContinuously refine and enhance marketing strategies to stay ahead of industry trends and ensure SharkNinja remains competitive in the digital landscape Loyalty and Customer RetentionDesign and implement innovative loyalty programs aimed at increasing customer lifetime value (CLV) and brand advocacyCollaborate with CRM and Customer Experience teams to create a seamless, personalized experience across digital touchpoints, ensuring loyalty program integrationLeverage data and customer insights to segment audiences, creating tailored campaigns that increase engagement and retentionDevelop initiatives that foster customer loyalty, reward repeat purchases, and encourage product upsell and cross-sell Cross-Channel OptimizationLead omnichannel marketing efforts, ensuring consistency across digital, social, mobile, and email platformsOptimize channel mix for customer acquisition and retention, allocating budgets to maximize impact across paid and organic channelsCoordinate with e-commerce, retail, and global marketing teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all touchpointsDrive innovation in creative and content strategies to enhance the consumer experience and engagement Leadership & Team ManagementBuild and lead a high-performing team of digital marketing and loyalty professionals, providing mentorship and career development opportunitiesFoster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making within the teamPartner with internal stakeholders, including sales, product, and operations, to align marketing efforts with broader business objectivesManage relationships with external agencies and technology partners, ensuring they deliver high-quality results aligned with SharkNinja’s goals Data & AnalyticsUtilize advanced analytics and performance data to guide marketing strategies, ensuring data-driven optimization and continuous improvementImplement marketing technology solutions (e.g., DMPs, CDPs, CRM tools) to enhance targeting, reporting, and customer insightsDrive predictive analytics and AI-driven personalization to deliver tailored marketing experiences at scaleCollaborate with finance to establish accurate budget forecasts, reporting mechanisms, and performance metricsQualifications: Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership roleProven success in leading performance marketing and loyalty initiatives, preferably within consumer products, e-commerce, or techStrong experience in the Americas market, understanding regional nuances and consumer behavior trendsSkills & Competencies Deep expertise in digital performance marketing, including Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, SEO, and Affiliate marketingProficiency in marketing analytics, data management, and CRM systems; familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce, Marketo, etc. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a teamResults-oriented with a track record of driving growth and delivering measurable business impactExceptional communication and collaboration skills to work across various departments and with global stakeholdersReporting & CollaborationReports to the SVP Digital Experience, AmericasClose collaboration with Product Development, Sales, E-commerce, Global Marketing, and Customer Experience teamsDirect management of regional digital marketing and loyalty teams across the AmericasLocation: Needham, MA / Hybrid (3-4x per week in office) Why Join SharkNinja?
