Since launching in 2013, the brand has continued to grow and evolve with an extensive offering of unique, hand-crafted sun and optical frames designed in New Orleans and crafted with the utmost attention to detail. In addition to brick and mortar locations, mobile and tiny house concept stores, and a robust e-commerce business, the brand is also available at many notable independent and major retailers such as Bloomingdales, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, and Shopbop.

As the business grows, we are seeking an experienced, strategic, and action-oriented Sr. Manager of Brand Marketing to join our talented team! This key role will report directly to the VP of Brand Marketing and will manage go-to-market strategies across all sales channels, oversee the brand’s organic social channels & strategies, and own reporting across all brand marketing KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the go-to-market process across the business for brand campaigns, product launches, and sale events, working closely with cross-functional partners to drive success and business growth across each area of the business

Lead organic social strategy, establishing KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of content strategies and providing regular performance reports with actionable insights

Collaborate with product development and creative teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and storytelling across all marketing touchpoints

Directly oversee copywriting across the business, working closely with the VP of Brand Marketing to hone & improve brand voice and positioning

Guide the development of high-quality creative assets across the consumer journey that are on-brand and align with channel best practices, overseeing the briefing process for all sales & digital marketing channels

Identify new opportunities to uniquely show up in the market, working with VPs to create actionable & measurable strategies

Work with the VP of Brand Marketing to develop and execute actionable, comprehensive brand marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and enhance brand loyalty.

Manage and mentor a team, providing guidance, support, and professional development

Qualifications :

7+ of brand marketing experience at a fast-growing consumer brand

2+ years of team management experience

A strong balance of right and left brain: you're highly creative with the ability to use insights to drive strategic decision making

Strong organizational and project management skills

Expertise in organic social marketing with fluency in paid social

Excellent cross-functional leadership

Exceptional communication skills with a strong focus on written communication & copywriting

A leader who knows how to coach, influence, and get the most of your team; work ethic and interpersonal skills that inspires collaboration and motivate creative thinking

Tuned-in omni-channel thinker with a large appetite for content consumption

Self-sufficiency at organizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously

Goal-oriented, cool under pressure and strives for continuous improvement

Thrives in fast-paced startup environments and comfortable rolling up sleeves

Someone who shares our inquisitive nature, affinity for fashion and design, laid-back comportment, and good-work-requires-having-fun mentality

Benefits and Perks:

Salary Range: $95,000-$105,000 annually
