Qualifications Client is seeking a Project Manager to join the Global Marketing Oncology
New Products Team. You will work in the commercial organization and play an integral role in 1) overseeing the launch management of new potential firstinline assets that tackle highly unmet needs among cancer patients worldwide and 2) driving the new products GlobalRegionalLocal (GRL) engagement. Utilizing industry best practices the ideal candidate will lead project management efforts by implementing a strong governance framework; identifying and managing risks; and overseeing delivery cadence tracking and communication. In this highly collaborative position you will support multiple functions including Market Access Brand Strategy Insights & Analytics (HHDDA) Medical Affairs and Precision Medicine / Biomarker Strategy. This role reports into the Director of Global Marketing New Product team.
BA Required; MBA/equivalent Masterslevel education a bonus
7 years of pharma and commercial experience; Oncology experience preferred
7 years of strong project/program management skills in a pharmaceutical launch setting; Oncology experience preferred
Demonstrated history of supporting or managing projects with transformational impacts to deliver intended measurable value
Proven track record of effectively driving and supporting implementing approaches to grow the brand and overall business while facilitating a growth mindset among team members Strong MS Office Skills and comfortable learning and using other needed software/platforms Core Competencies

For New Product Launch o Implement a Launch Governance Framework o Track progress of functional teams against brand and organizational priorities
For the Portfolio GRL Role o Lead and deliver project management in support of c robust engagement among global regional and local markets on Oncology New Product. o Monitor and update GRL approach: Track and provide visibility (next 12 years) of evolving global commercial team meetings o Create communication plans and materials for GlobalRegionalLocal engagement and crossfunctional collaboration. o Identify and apply opportunities for performance optimization through plans that accelerate execution drive efficiencies and support brand and organizational goals
