However, our team works remotely and is dispersed throughout the Southeast. Our clients are local governments that value long-term relationships with vendors who deliver results.We have experienced remarkable growth in a short period of time. We seek to expand our team by hiring a talented digital marketing specialist to advance our sales results through social media (LinkedIn) posts, email marketing and analytics, and website content improvements. We seek a creative and organized individual to take our business to the next level. We are looking for a fun, positive, and ambitious person who wants to advance with our fast-growing company.Digital Marketing Specialist Job Responsibilities and Skills:Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversionsCreate and manage social media content (on LinkedIn and similar sites), including planning, creation, and scheduling of postsAssist with the management of the content and design of the company websiteConduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website trafficWrite compelling, SEO-friendly blog posts, articles, and website copy that align with brand messagingAnalyze and report on digital marketing campaigns, using data to optimize performanceMonitor and respond to online customer interactions to improve engagement and brand loyalty.Assist with email marketing campaigns, including list management, segmentation, and campaign performance analysis.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, content, sales) to ensure cohesive branding and marketing efforts.Work to maximize the value of the email database (15,000 + emails) and find new sources of email data to increase the reach of email marketing effortsStay current with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.Experience with Google Analytics, WordPress, and MailChimp is beneficialRequirementsEducation and Experience Requirements:•A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required•2 + years of experience in digital media marketing, including email marketing, social media management, and website content creationBenefitsSalary and Benefits:Will consider PT, FT, and Contract Work$35 per hour starting ratePart-time and Full-time - Paid time offFlexibility to work from home, our corporate office, or a hybrid setup.
