We’re looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you’ll work on a variety of projects, from marketing materials to event graphics and visual merchandising mockups. You’ll collaborate closely with our creative team to develop compelling, on-brand designs that make an impact. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a creative environment, enjoys problem-solving through design, and is eager to push their skills to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design & Composite – Create marketing materials such as flyers, posters, and digital assets while ensuring brand consistency.
  2. Visual Merchandising Mockups – Develop and present creative concepts that bring ideas to life.
  3. Event Graphics – Design compelling visuals for events with quick turnaround times.
  4. Brand Consistency – Work closely with the team to maintain a cohesive visual identity across all projects.
  5. Creative Collaboration – Adapt to various design needs and provide creative support across departments.

Requirements

  1. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  2. A strong design sensibility with a keen eye for detail.
  3. The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  4. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for creativity.
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  6. A strong portfolio showcasing your design work (required).
  7. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
  8. Must be available to work onsite 5 days a week (Monday-Friday).

Bonus Skills (Not Required, but a Plus!)

  1. Experience in retouching.
  2. Knowledge of 3D design, CAD, or other design tools.
  3. Background in visual merchandising or event graphics.

Anastasia Beverly Hills offers a competitive compensation package with full benefits and a 401(K) plan with matching contributions from the company. The starting hourly range for this position in the selected city is $25.00 - $31.00. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and geographical location. Base pay is one part of the total compensation package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role is bonus eligible.
