LOCATION : 100% remote
DURATION : 12 month contract
PAY RANGE : $60 - $62

Company : Our client, a cutting-edge fintech organization using blockchain technology to democratize the global economy, is currently recruiting for a Graphics Designer to bring onto the team.
Duties :
Our client's internal communications team is looking for a contract visual designer to join us for remote work. The role is focused on supporting the internal brand in partnership with our communications team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with quick turn times at an agency or in-house for 4+ years. We want to use fresh looks and dynamic media to tell our story to employees, adhering to each brand's guidelines. We have a complex business with thousands of employees ranging from salespeople to engineers, and we are looking for someone who can creatively translate, simplify, and visualize our messages to resonate with our diverse internal audiences. This role works in partnership with our communications team and focuses on All Hands Google Slides decks and providing ad hoc design support such as internal graphics. There is lots of opportunity for creative work, and we're looking for the right partner to build a long-term relationship with. We are nimble, quick, creative, and detail-oriented. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
YOU WILL :
- Create beautiful, bold, compelling, energetic Google Slides decks for our internal All Hands meetings.
- Provide ad hoc design support, such as graphics for our internal announcements.
- Juggle three brand guidelines and sometimes quick turnarounds.
YOU HAVE :
- 4+ years experience in a design role.
- A portfolio and resume.
- Excellent aesthetic and design skills, with an exceptional eye for detail.
- Comfortability with Google Slides.
- Ability to be deadline-driven with strong time management skills.
- Ability to be detailed in your execution but flexible in your approach.
BONUS POINTS :
- Interactive/digital projects experience.
- Experience working on brands with broad/diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of coding or animation.
