This is an in-office position.

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AND ADVANCED SKILLS AT GOOGLE AD WORDS AND FB ADS MANAGER IN ORDER TO MANAGE AND RUN CLIENT AD CAMPAIGNS WITH RESULTS.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Paid Advertising Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Advertising Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Your primary goal will be to drive targeted traffic and conversions for each account, increase brand visibility, and achieve measurable results for our clients or company.

Duties:

Campaign Strategy and Planning

  • Collaborate with Account Executives and clients to understand campaign objectives, target audiences, and KPIs.
  • Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience behaviors to inform advertising strategies.
  • Develop comprehensive media plans and recommend the most effective platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.

Campaign Creation

  • Design, build, and launch effective paid advertising campaigns tailored to client needs.
  • Partner with the Website Team to develop engaging landing pages that drive conversions.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Team to produce compelling ad copy, visuals, and headlines.
  • Implement precise targeting strategies, including audience segmentation, geo-targeting, and behavioral targeting.

Campaign Management and Optimization

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine ad copy, visuals, and targeting.
  • Make data-driven optimizations, such as adjusting bids, modifying audience segments, and refining strategies to enhance results.
  • Ensure all campaigns remain within budget while maximizing ROI.

Client Communication and Reporting

  • Provide Account Executives with detailed campaign updates, performance insights, and results for client communication.
  • Create comprehensive reports highlighting key metrics, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, maintaining professionalism and transparency.

Collaboration with Internal Teams

  • Partner with the Creative Team to design engaging and effective ad assets.
  • Work with the Account Executive team to ensure campaigns align with client objectives and broader marketing strategies.
  • Share insights and feedback with internal teams to enhance overall campaign processes.

Platform and Industry Expertise

  • Stay informed about updates, trends, and emerging tools or technologies within advertising platforms.
  • Maintain certifications for relevant ad platforms, such as Google Ads and Meta Blueprint.
  • Proactively test new features and strategies to drive innovation in campaigns.

Compliance and Quality Assurance

  • Ensure all campaigns adhere to platform policies, client brand guidelines, and legal requirements.
  • Conduct regular quality checks to identify and address errors or oversights.
