Who You Are
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of our mobile home community. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for fostering a welcoming environment for residents. This role involves managing property maintenance, handling resident inquiries, and ensuring compliance with community policies. The Community Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for residents and will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall living experience.
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring high standards of property maintenance and resident satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary liaison between residents and management, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts effectively.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management tools to maintain resident records and track interactions.
- Oversee property maintenance activities, coordinating with vendors and contractors to ensure timely repairs and upkeep.
- Maintain accurate files related to contracts, maintenance requests, and resident communications.
- Implement office procedures that enhance operational efficiency and improve resident engagement.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Foster positive relationships with residents through effective phone etiquette and in-person interactions.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in property management or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
- Familiarity with Rent Manager is a plus.
- Experience in real estate administrative tasks is beneficial.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing files and documentation.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with residents and vendors.
What We Offer
Salary: $16-$20 per hour depending on experience.
