A prominent community management company is seeking a dynamic Community Manager for one of its newest properties in the Queen Creek/Gilbert area. Renowned for fostering human connection and neighborhood engagement, the organization has a proven history of building vibrant communities by bringing people together. In this role, you will guide your team of industry professionals to ensure operational excellence while upholding the highest standards of service and integrity.

Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 (commensurate with experience) + bonus program, equity, comprehensive health/dental/vision, 401k, STD/LTD, and more!

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in onsite community management (HOA) or a related field, demonstrating expertise in managing community operations.
  • Robust operational knowledge with a strong understanding of community financial management, including budgeting and compliance.
  • Proven leadership, organizational, and conflict resolution skills to effectively guide teams and resolve challenges.
  • In-depth knowledge of laws and regulations governing community association operations, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree, CAM license, CMCA, or equivalent experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, community management, strategic direction, and the maintenance of community assets to ensure excellence and efficiency.
  • Leverage staff and vendor resources to effectively execute board directives and achieve community objectives.
  • Foster meaningful connections and initiatives that promote a strong sense of community and engagement.
  • Ensure all liability and insurance policies are compliant with regulatory requirements and align with organizational standards.
  • Design and implement comprehensive risk management programs to safeguard community assets and mitigate potential risks.
