What you'll do

  1. Oversee on-site operations of two Mobile Home and RV Communities in Isleton
  2. Build positive relationships with residents, vendors and team members
  3. Answer phones, set appointments
  4. Assist in the marketing, showing and upkeep of park owned homes and spaces for rent within the park
  5. Meet with prospective residents and complete rental process
  6. Collect rent
  7. Follow all safety & emergency procedures
  8. Communicate with management daily
  9. Adhere to Company standards
  10. Provide administrative support
  11. Communicate, by phone, email and in person with team members and vendors
  12. Enforce rules & regulations of community
  13. Communicate verbally and through written notices with residents
  14. Complete assigned tasks consistent with Fair Housing regulations
  15. Additional duties as assigned

What you bring

  2. Goal oriented, with an eye for detail, and strong organizational and communication skills
  3. Ability to re-evaluate priorities daily and meet deadlines
  4. Problem-solving and collaboration, both independently and as a team
  5. A high level of professionalism and exceptional customer service skills
  6. A self-starter and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
  7. An intermediate knowledge of Excel & Microsoft

Requirements

  1. 1+ years of customer service experience
  2. 1+ years of office experience
  3. Must have a driver's license and reliable transportation
  4. Must be able to pass background and drug screening

Pay and Benefits

  1. Pay rate: $20-24/hour depending on experience
  2. Full-time, 30+ hours a week
