Our Marketing & Content Department is looking for an experienced, collaborative, innovative, and organized Content Copywriter to join the team. In this role, you’ll optimize existing marketing materials of pharmaceutical brands and synthesize the messaging for Phreesia’s point-of-care campaigns.
As a Content Copywriter, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, which include Client Success, Strategy and Research, Operations, Analytics and Insights, Client Experience, and others to continue to optimize, test, or advance new capabilities as well as share learnings across the organization and Life Science team.
This role is perfect for a creative, strategic thinker who thrives in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment and is passionate about innovation in healthcare. You’ll leverage your patient-focused storytelling expertise, confidently execute projects independently, and collaborate with Digital Producers, designers, and the Copy Manager to develop impactful campaigns.
What You’ll Do:
- Create impactful campaigns across mobile and pad for Phreesia’s PatientConnect Platform.
- Adhere to brand guidelines to seamlessly integrate point-of-care advertising into existing marketing efforts for the manufacturer(s).
- Research and consolidate key information and safety messaging to create point-of-care content and utilize patient-friendly language.
- Proofreading reviews and providing light editorial as needed.
- Coordinating with different stakeholder groups and managing multiple assignments at the same time.
- Optimize, test, or advance new capabilities and share learnings across the Life Sciences team and the broader organization.
What You’ll Bring:
- 3-5 years of experience in health care marketing, advertising, or relevant experience in pharmaceutical advertising. Creative agency experience/healthcare technology industry experience a plus.
- Previous experience in short- and long-form copy in both educational or promotional applications that include iterative pieces on a single topic.
- Advanced writing and editing skills including excellent grammatical and proofreading skills.
- Proficient in creating content in AMA or AP writing style.
- Ability to analyze, synthesize, and extract details to be accessible to a wide range of audience, while upkeeping necessary legalese and appropriate footnotes of a pharmaceutical product.
