Summary

Join our dynamic team to create and enhance content that supports Minecraft players worldwide. Your role will involve researching, designing, and updating game-related materials, collaborating with global teams, and ensuring clear documentation for tools, APIs, and processes. You'll craft engaging player support content, work on new launches, and leverage data to drive content strategy aligned with business objectives.

Job Responsibilities

1. Research, plan, design, write, and update game-related content and training materials.
2. Develop a variety of high-quality documentation using clear language.
3. Collaborate with global teams to document information on tools, APIs, processes, and agent workflows.
4. Create support content for players and training materials for agents during new launches and updates.
5. Review and edit content from partners, players, and the community.
6. Work closely with program managers and player support to stay updated on game developments.
7. Utilize data to enhance content strategy and training approaches.
8. Ensure alignment with business goals and team priorities.

Requirements

1. BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required.
2. Experience creating consumer-facing instructions for technical processes for providing self-service and email support to customers.
3. Experience creating or reviewing training resources and developing internal knowledge base resources is preferred.
4. 1-2 years of experience writing and publishing game-related content or training.
5. Ability to communicate complex information clearly, concisely, and accurately.
6. Passion for gaming and a sincere interest in the latest technology trends.
7. Desire to build a world-class player experience from the ground up.

Additional Details

1. Location: Remote
2. Duration: 4 Months
3. Pay Range: $29 - 33 per hour
4. Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
