Job Title: Creative Manager

General Role Description
Design and produce creative materials, execute all aspects of creative work within the organization, and manage external vendors.
Role Responsibilities
- Develop visually compelling concepts that align with the brand and business objectives.
- Identify and manage external creative vendors, freelancers, or agencies for specialized skills or projects, as necessary.
- Design and produce a wide range of creative materials, including digital assets, print collateral, presentations, tradeshow materials, and promotional content.
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and quality expectations with external resources to ensure consistent and appropriate results.
- Create, implement, and manage efficient workflows and processes for creative projects, from concept to completion.
- Regularly assess and improve creative processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and responsiveness to business needs.
- Proactively seek creative needs across the business and collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals and deliver as needed.
- Ensure all creative work meets brand standards and quality expectations.
- Review and refine creative assets for consistency, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and maintaining timelines.
- Identify project risks and propose solutions to keep deliverables on track.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field or equivalent via education and/or work experience.
- 5 years' experience in the graphic design field.
- 3 years' experience in a technical product or services company.
- Proficiency in current design software including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
- Working knowledge of design principles, such as those related to typography, information hierarchy, color.
- Demonstrated knowledge of production and rendering methods, including drawing, offset printing, photography, interactive media.
- Demonstrated knowledge of photography and video production and editing techniques.
- Demonstrated knowledge of web production design techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Demonstrated successful positive personal leadership, interpersonal, organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated successful working relationships with clients, suppliers, and other internal and external contacts.
- Availability to travel domestically, up to approximately 10%, and internationally, up to approximately 5%, sometimes on short notice.
Preferred Qualifications
- 8 years' experience in the graphic design field.
- 5 years' experience working in the power electronics or other capital equipment industries.
- Knowledge of motor, drive, and automation systems for industrial applications.
- Proficiency in current design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Premiere, Dreamweaver).
- Knowledge of WordPress.
