Position Overview: As a Growth Marketing Specialist at HighScale, you will be at the forefront of managing client accounts and orchestrating strategic media buying processes. From developing and executing growth strategies for client acquisition to optimizing media buying plans that drive campaign success, you will lead initiatives that define our agency's success. This position offers a unique opportunity to blend creativity with data-driven insights to achieve outstanding results for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and run growth experiments to test acquisition, activation, and retention strategies.
  2. Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) and analyze campaign performance to drive improvements.
  3. Develop and optimize marketing content for different channels (email, social media, landing pages, etc.).
  4. Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta.
  5. Drive initiatives across the customer funnel — acquisition, conversion, retention, and referral.
  6. Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to align growth strategies.

  1. A/B testing and analytics

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in client account management and media buying within a creative advertising agency.
  3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
  4. Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including creative, data, and client services.
  5. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  6. Strategic thinker with a track record of successful campaign execution.
