The Role:

  1. Managing sales and brand development across a defined geographical area
  2. Design and deliver sales strategies to grow existing accounts while also building new accounts, through increased brand awareness and providing exceptional customer care
  3. Actively seeking out new customers and retail opportunities with a focus on luxury brands
  4. Build strong partnerships with our customers, assisting them with inventory levels, promoting new lines and products and ensuring the product is positioned to optimize sales and the brand image.
  5. Maintaining sales reports and analyzing reports for new opportunities for growth
  6. Ensuring optimal visual merchandising for our customers
  7. Utilizing company systems and technology to efficiently process orders and quotes
  8. Being responsive to customers' inquiries and concerns via email, phone, and other communication channels with a focus on providing a customer-centric resolution
  9. Always assessing individual customer needs and delivering personalized service.
  10. Maintaining industry knowledge, keeping up to date on market and industry trends.
  11. Build relationships with other teams across the business to ensure the customer lifecycle is supported at each stage
  12. Collaborating closely with marketing, accounting, customer service, and production departments.
  13. Participating in semi-annual inventory clean-up and updating of pricing tags.
  14. Planning and attending various shows, such as trunk shows, private shows, and trade shows, as necessary.

  8. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in outside sales within the Luxury Jewelry or Luxury brands
  9. Proficiency in CRM software, as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office.
  10. Capacity to lift up to 30 lbs.
  11. Ability to travel with own vehicle
  12. Proven track record in both B2B and B2C sales

$110,000-$130,000
