General Summary
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs across various platforms that effectively communicate our brand message to our target audience. From digital graphics to print materials, the Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in enhancing our company's image and promoting our products/services. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a strategy for the company’s digital platforms to drive business objectives and increase brand awareness on a regional and national level.
- Prepare layout and design following format guidelines and brand styling.
- Demonstrate ability to maintain brand consistency and standards across all media.
- Execute the production work for all projects and be able to work with others to complete projects on time and to the highest quality.
- Work with the team to create assets for all divisions of the company that consist of a range of deliverables that include but are not limited to sales collateral, advertisements, or promotional materials.
- Assist with the design and execution of all daily, seasonal, and company requests in partnership with eCommerce, cafes, and marketing.
- Use strong storytelling with design layout, graphics, and typography skills.
- Prepare all files for final output, including linking, flowing copy, and making corrections.
- Maintain and check files for technical accuracy.
- Assist with photo and video shoots for social, web, and on-site personalization assets.
- Crop images and prep files for digital assets.
- Coordinate and support up-to-date image accuracy and consistency.
- Stay in touch with current production techniques, as well as trends in the food and beverage category.
- Own your designs from concept through production.
- Collaborate with and support creative team members.
- Bring energy and excitement to the custom program with a desire to continuously advance the quality of all our products.
- Attend various Paris Brothers marketing or sponsorship-related events.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Required Education and Experience
- At least 5 Years of graphic design experience
- Digital experience, animation, photography, or videography a plus
Preferred Education Includes
- B.S. in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.
Knowledge Of
- Strong knowledge of print and web production is required.
Skill In
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Solid typography skills with the ability to utilize visual hierarchy in promotions and messaging.
- Proficiency in using Mac platform, MS Office Products, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
- Strong multi-tasking skills for juggling multiple projects with varying deadlines.
- Good verbal skills and ability to present your work professionally.
Ability To
- Manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
- Demonstrate creativity and documented immersion in social media.
- Fluently speak, read, and write the English language.
