Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to bring creative concepts to life through high-quality design work. This role is ideal for a skilled designer who can execute compelling visual content across digital and print platforms while maintaining brand consistency. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver, detail-oriented, and passionate about design that engages and inspires audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Creative Execution:

• Design engaging marketing materials, including social media content, event promotions, signage, advertisements, and digital assets.
• Ensure all designs align with Pyek Group’s brand identity, marketing goals, and industry trends.
• Optimize visuals for multiple platforms, including web, print, and mobile.
• Contribute to creative brainstorming and campaign development.

Brand Stewardship:

• Maintain and enhance the visual identity of Pyek Group across all properties and marketing channels.
• Uphold consistency in branding, typography, and color use across all design work.
• Stay up to date with design trends and emerging technologies to enhance creative output.

Collaboration & Workflow Management:

• Work closely with the marketing, events, and operations teams to develop compelling visual assets.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Provide design support for various internal and external initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in marketing, hospitality, or entertainment industries.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital and print design.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the hospitality, entertainment, or waterpark industries.
• Motion graphics, video editing, and/or photography skills.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
