Cella is hiring: Graphic Designer (Hybrid) in Princeton

Job Type: Contract

Compensation Range: $50.00 - 56.34 per hour

Location: Princeton, New Jersey

Are you a creative visionary with a passion for branding, design, and storytelling? We're looking for a Graphic Designer to bring fresh, engaging visuals to our corporate identity and marketing campaigns. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and have a sharp eye for design, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Evolve & enhance the corporate visual identity across various media.
• Collaborate with internal teams & external partners to develop compelling brand visuals.
• Ensure all designs meet compliance standards (legal, regulatory, data privacy).
• Design engaging presentations that bring complex concepts to life.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in video, animation, digital, and environmental design.

Qualifications:

• Motion graphics & video editing/storyboarding.
• Basic UX/UI knowledge to enhance user experiences.
• HTML/CSS familiarity for email templates and web design.

What You Bring:

• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, art direction, or branding.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Acrobat).
• Experience with Figma & Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong conceptualization & ideation skills-ability to turn ideas into compelling visuals.
• Excellent time management-handle multiple projects with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude.
• Ability to take direction, accept feedback, and elevate designs to the next level.
