Integration developer and data analyst supporting Touro University data integrations, database systems, and central applications. This position is responsible for the day-to-day IT operational support for existing multi-platform environments with minimal supervision, performing high-level tasks. This role maintains data integrity and resiliency by managing database backups, monitoring, and alerts related to databases, applications, and integration platforms. This position assists with the integration data pipelines, API development, and software components deployed to maintain high availability for existing and future IT solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines to pull and integrate data from diverse sources into a unified database, SaaS, and APIs.
- Write efficient SQL and Oracle stored procedures, functions, and triggers for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Create and maintain documentation for data integration processes, ensuring knowledge transfer and supportability.
- Install new software releases and system upgrades for the application servers and database instances.
- Maintain and monitor systems to ensure infrastructure integrity.
- Support issue resolution and performance tuning.
- Escalate issues to management and other teams when appropriate; follow up on issues and the results of issue resolution.
- Maintain the SQL environment, ensuring replication, security, and updates.
- Ensure data integrity and high availability for primary services.
- Propose proactive measures to prevent issues.
- Keep management informed of technical trends and emerging technologies.
- Actively participate to improve procedures and standards.
- Provide training and technical guidance to less experienced team members and internal customers.
- Develop documentation to communicate complex ideas and data integrations.
- Perform other functions as assigned.
Qualifications
Education / Experience
- Bachelor’s in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related fields; or equivalent work experience of 2 or more years as a technology professional.
- Pre-implementation project planning and ability to work with different Project Management frameworks.
- Proven experience as a Database Developer or similar role with a focus on data integration and analytics. Expertise in SQL, TSQL, and .NET core programming languages strongly preferred.
- Experience with APIs, PUB/SUB, and iPaaS platforms. Cloud knowledge on serverless technologies, Docker containers, and CICD pipelines is a plus.
- Experience with Microservice Architecture and SaaS applications is a plus. Knowledge of Microsoft server technologies and services deployment.

Salary
Maximum Salary: USD $69,628.00 / Yr.
Minimum Salary: USD $55,702.00 / Yr.
