Job Description
Profile Partners provides management consulting services to government agencies and nonprofit organizations. We are growing and searching for a dynamic social media specialist to enhance the social media presence of our clients and contribute to our own growth. This role involves creating and implementing strategies tailored to client needs, managing content across various social platforms, and driving engagement and growth. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between our clients and their audiences, crafting compelling narratives and fostering strong community ties through effective social media management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement tailored social media strategies for various client accounts to align with their specific business goals.
- Design and curate engaging content across multiple platforms, including text, video, and images to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz.
- Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics.
- Analyze social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement.
- Work with other team members to ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist with a solid track record.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy
- Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to express our clients’ views creatively.
- Experience with analytical tools and able to translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the social media campaigns.
