As our Social Media Manager, you will…
Lead collaborative efforts among internal and external teams to develop integrated strategies that closely align with client objectives and deliver measurable results. Facilitate brainstorming sessions to generate innovative strategies across promotions, engagements, conversions, and content, ensuring effective resonance with target audiences. Utilize expertise to customize both earned and paid social media strategies to meet client goals, emphasizing pacing and optimization for campaign success. Conduct thorough analysis of campaign effectiveness, compile insightful reports, and deliver actionable recommendations to clients. Direct the creative process, overseeing the design of social media assets and collaborating with the development team to implement best practices for social applications. Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement and enhance the impact of social media initiatives on business objectives.
Be Accountable and Responsible
- Spearhead collaborative efforts with both internal and external teams, crafting integrated strategies that align closely with client objectives and deliver measurable results
- Lead brainstorming sessions to ideate innovative strategies spanning promotions, engagements, conversions, and content, ensuring campaigns resonate effectively
- Produce and tailor key earned and paid social media strategies to meet client goals, with a keen focus on pacing and optimization for campaign success
- Analyze campaign effectiveness, compile insightful reports, and present actionable recommendations to clients, leveraging in-depth knowledge of social media analytics tools
- Guide the creative process, overseeing the design of social media assets and collaborating with the development team to ensure the implementation of best practices for social applications
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies, driving continuous improvement and enhancing the impact of social media initiatives on business objectives
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute integrated social media strategies that drive engagement and achieve client objectives
- Lead the development of comprehensive social media plans, including content calendars, audience targeting strategies, and paid media campaigns
- Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and potential risks, adjusting strategies and tactics as needed to maximize results
- Provide strategic counsel to clients on social media best practices, emerging trends, and innovative campaign ideas
- Mentor and coach junior members of the social media team, fostering their professional development and growth
- Serve as a subject matter expert on social media trends, platforms, and technologies, sharing insights and recommendations with internal teams and clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media strategies with overall marketing and communication initiatives
- Develop and maintain relationships with key influencers and industry partners to amplify brand messaging and reach target audiences effectively
- Lead social media crisis management efforts, developing proactive strategies and response plans to mitigate reputational risks and address issues promptly
- Drive thought leadership initiatives, contributing insights and expertise to industry publications, speaking engagements, and conferences
These are the qualifications we’re looking for
- 5-7 years of experience developing strategic marketing campaigns and tactics within a marketing, PR, or advertising agency environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, and/or equivalent work experience
- Experience in crafting content for both organic and paid social media initiatives
- Proficient in scheduling, targeting, and tracking capabilities within social media platforms
- Familiarity with content marketing strategies, including planning, keyword research, creation, and distribution across diverse channels
- Understanding of social media's impact on digital marketing channels and ability to articulate its value and ROI for consumer and B2B clients
- Demonstrated ability to generate insightful reports showcasing ROI on integrated marketing campaigns using web analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics), social media platforms (e.g., Facebook Insights), and reporting tools
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment
- Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Talkwalker
- Experience with social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, X Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc
- Knowledge of SEO principles and their application to social media content and strategies

The salary range for this role is $76,000 - $91,250, based on the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
