Role Overview:
We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented Digital Strategist with expertise in creating and managing digital ad campaigns from start to finish. Ideal candidates hold certifications in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads, with a background in real estate or resort marketing preferred. This is a remote, independent contractor role with the opportunity for full-time transition.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Set up, manage, and optimize ad campaigns across Google, Microsoft, and Meta platforms with a focus on compliance in restricted industries like real estate and housing.
- Strategy Development: Create tailored digital strategies for clients, with in-depth audience targeting and bid management.
- Reporting & Communication: Generate regular performance reports using Looker Studio, Agency Analytics, SuperMetrics, and similar tools. Communicate ongoing optimizations and updates to the team, providing transparency on account performance.
- Tag & Pixel Management: Implement and manage tracking tags and pixels using Google Tag Manager, GA4, Google Search Console, and Meta Pixel.
- AI Asset Creation: Utilize AI-powered tools on Google Ads and Meta to create high-quality ad assets that improve engagement and ROI.
- Analytical Insights: Conduct deep analysis on campaign data to make data-driven adjustments and meet KPIs, sharing actionable insights with the team regularly.
Qualifications:
- Required Certifications: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years managing digital ad campaigns, especially within restricted or regulated industries like real estate; resort marketing experience is a plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiar with Google Tag Manager, GA4, Search Console, and Meta Pixel implementations.
- Reporting Tools: Skilled in creating reports with Looker Studio, Agency Analytics, and SuperMetrics.
- Self-Management: Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision, maintain attention to detail, and communicate account updates and optimization recommendations proactively.
- Strong analytical skills, translating data insights into practical actions for campaign improvements.
- Ability to create and manage ad accounts independently across multiple platforms.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in real estate or resort digital marketing.
- Familiarity with AI asset creation for Google Ads and Meta.
- Understanding of brand and performance-driven tactics within multi-channel digital strategies.
