For the Client, which is a Legal Tech startup poised to revolutionize the legal landscape by building a platform that seamlessly connects US consumers with legal professionals, we are looking to hire an SEO and Community Growth Manager to drive the product launch in the new geography of Atlanta, GA.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identifying local organizations, community groups, law firms, and other entities to serve as partners to build awareness and user base
  2. Developing and implementing community building on social media, via Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Nextdoor, among others
  3. Planning events approach, attending local events to generate awareness, interest, and engagement in person and on social media
  4. Developing SEO and keywords strategy for consumer legal marketplace, including local SEO approach and plan, while planning for eventual replication and national roll-out of service

Required Qualifications:

  1. Must be based in the Atlanta area
  2. Experience building and developing SEO-driven content that drives engaged traffic
  3. At least 2 years of experience in local Atlanta community-building role or in local legal industry
  4. Some experience in the legal industry, whether working directly in the industry or interfacing with lawyers

Engagement highlights:

  1. The project is expected to last 3-6 months.
  2. A work commitment of 10-20 hours per week is required.
  3. Hybrid role (50% remote + 50% onsite in Atlanta)

Talent in this role would be working for and directed by Toptal (instead of a Toptal client). Consequently, this engagement may involve additional security requirements as set forth by Toptal.
