Piper Companies is seeking a Lead UX Designer to join one of the nation’s premier credit unions located in McLean, VA. The Lead UX Designer will showcase expertise with Consumer Banking product design. This role will have an on-site requirement!

Responsibilities of the Lead UX Designer include:

• Incorporate complex technical and business requirements into research and design.
• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that enhance user experiences.
• Utilize a full range of UX design and visual design to create insightful data-driven products.
• Design, enhance, rapidly test, and iterate designs to craft new products dedicated to helping manage data more efficiently.

Qualifications for the Lead UX Designer include:

• BA/BS degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in UX Design and Consumer Banking Products.
• Experience with Strategic Planning, Thinking, and Execution in Portfolio.
• Experience with Figma and Salesforce Lightning in UX design.
