About the Role:
We’re looking for a UX Research Intern to join our team this summer. You will join a smart, passionate team who works together to design products that improve health outcomes for patients. You will gain experience in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, software, and tools, and work in one of the most exciting spaces in healthcare.
This position is based out of Click’s headquarters located in Tribeca, NYC, at the center of one of the fastest-growing digital health communities. This is a hybrid internship in which you will come to the office Wednesdays and Fridays.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with research, design, product, and science and serve as the patient advocate.
- Help conduct generative and evaluative research.
- Write research screeners, interview guides and/or unmoderated study questions.
- Conduct user interviews and/or facilitate unmoderated UX studies.
- Synthesize research and build reports that communicate insights, helping others understand the needs of our patients.
- Support other projects but also work on your own summer project doing research with patients.
Qualifications:
- Rising Sophomore or Junior currently pursuing an undergraduate degree.
- A portfolio showing an established basic foundation of user research practices.
- Familiarity with design-thinking methodology.
- Attention to detail, analytical, data-driven, and focused on end-user needs.
- Passionate about design, user experience, and UX best practices.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Preferred qualifications:
- Interest or experience in healthcare.
Compensation: $22/hr
Hours and Duration:
This is a part-time, 30 hours/week position. The internship will have a duration of 10 weeks, from May 20th - August 1st, 2025.
