ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Web Developer to join our team in Falls Church, VA; San Antonio, TX; Aurora, CO; and Tacoma, WA.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executives, project sponsors, and team members. Articulate program objectives, progress, and risks clearly and concisely.
- Perform as the technical expert with a thorough understanding of the business application of an assigned project.
- Act as a project lead, responsible for instructing, assigning, directing, and monitoring the performance of assigned software developers working on a specific project.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating projects, including the design phase.
- Work with customers and technical staff to resolve software problems and respond to suggestions for software modifications or enhancements.
- Participate in the development of software user manuals.
Basic Qualifications:
- 7+ years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- Deep understanding of web development standards and best practices, with the ability to develop robust, scalable web applications, including the Sitecore content management system.
- Proficient in backend development with experience in server-side programming languages and frameworks, including ASP.Net, ASP.Net MVC, C#, and Java. Ability to design and develop database schemas and work with backend frameworks such as Node.js or Django.
- Experience with front-end development frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
- Ability to design and develop user interfaces that are both functional and visually appealing.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and solve complex technical problems quickly and effectively.
- Leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior developers and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- DoD Healthcare IT experience preferred
- Experience with web and mobile applications
Clearance Requirements:
- The ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
The projected compensation range for this position is $159,900.00-$283,700.00. Factors impacting final salary/hourly rate include Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies, geographic location (for remote opportunities), education, certifications, and Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
