Executive Producer - Austin Job at Kettle Solutions LLC in Austin

We are looking for an Executive Producer to provide strategic leadership in managing large-scale digital projects while overseeing a team of Producers and Senior Producers. In this client-facing role, you will manage all facets of Kettle’s involvement across a business-critical category while guiding multiple high-profile projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet the highest standards of creativity, quality, and efficiency. Your leadership will foster seamless communication, collaboration, and execution across all production stages. This role balances high-level strategic oversight with hands-on involvement in project details, ensuring the best possible outcomes for both clients and the team.

This role is Austin-based and in-office 2 days a week.

Key Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in digital project, program and account management, preferably at a creative agency or in-house marketing department.
• Proven experience managing high-level client relationships and overseeing complex, multi-phase digital projects (websites, email, channel, e-commerce, etc.) from concept to delivery.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with experience leading and mentoring producer teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to set clear expectations and manage multiple stakeholders.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and improve operational efficiencies.
• Comfortable navigating evolving project scopes and addressing critical challenges to steer projects to successful outcomes.
• Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects in a fast-paced environment, while consistently delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to a team of Producers and Senior Producers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team.
• Oversee high-profile digital projects, ensuring on-time delivery and maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Build and maintain client relationships, acting as a trusted partner across multi-phase projects, from websites to channel initiatives.
• Drive innovation and creative problem-solving within the team, ensuring projects meet both client objectives and the highest standards of quality.
• Set clear communication and expectations for stakeholders, driving collaboration across teams and managing evolving project scopes.
• Identify opportunities for growth, driving strategic improvements in processes and operational efficiency.
• Confidently manage multiple large-scale projects in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

The target range of base compensation for this role is $150,000 - $175,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
