The Opportunity: As a strategy consultant, you are passionate about helping organizations understand and reach their goals. We are looking for an experienced strategy consultant like you who can identify an organization's long-term goals and explain how to achieve them. This is an opportunity to have an impact on how the Department of Defense (DoD) buys and integrates satellite communications services. As a strategy analyst on our team, you'll engage with clients at the senior level to help them understand their organization and crystalize their goals. You'll ask the right questions to draw out your client's objectives and vision. Your client will look to you to show them their organization from the outside. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you'll provide your client with a holistic view of their organization, as well as the multiple paths they can take to transform. The world can't wait. You Have: 5+ years of experience providing strategy recommendations in the DoD

Experience developing technical documentation for a variety of audience, such as white papers or business case analyses

Knowledge of the commercial satellite communications services industry

Ability to interpret complex data and policy documents

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Secret clearance

Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have: Experience developing strategic plans for program execution in alignment with DoD objectives, and providing expert advice and guidance on DoD SATCOM policies, regulations, and best practices

Experience preparing and presenting briefings, reports, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders

Experience working in a military headquarters office, Combatant Command, or Defense Agency

Knowledge of DoD resourcing policies and procedures, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS)

Ability to craft and deliver a compelling narrative to influence action on key business decisions and major change initiatives

Possession of excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills

Top Secret clearance

Master's degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, or Engineering

Strategy, Change Management, Process Improvement, Communications, or Program or Project Management Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
