Overview

THE ROLE:

Contributes to the leadership of the strategic direction, development, and management of the product portfolio across the Healthy Weight categories

HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:

Implement comprehensive product strategies healthy weight categories, aligning with market needs and organizational goals.

Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept development through to market launch and beyond, ensuring products meet quality, cost, and performance standards.

Lead cross-functional teams in the development of innovative products and enhancements, ensuring Herbalife's competitive edge in the marketplace.

Monitor category performance against sales & profit targets, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve goals.

Conduct marketing research to gain product development, positioning and DS and consumer insights

Develop product concepts for global product launches, including product formulation, positioning and naming

Develop education, training and marketing materials for global product launches

WHAT’S SPECIAL ABOUT THE TEAM:

You will be part of the Worldwide Product Marketing team. We are a team that develops the Global Product Strategy, leads the Global New Product Development Process and oversees the Global Product pipeline. We lead all global product renovation and support the regions with their strategies and new product initiatives. As a global team, we collaborate with regions, cross-functional teams and executives and are the Center of Excellence for Product.

Qualifications

SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

Strong leadership, organizational and team management skills that demonstrate the ability to be a good listener, inspire, provide clear direction, make sound decisions and multi-task

Strong analytical, critical, strategic and creative thinking

Self-driven, results oriented with a sense of urgency and a passion to win

Ability to elicit accountability from other departments and category team

Business acumen

Ability to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity

Experience:

7 years of brand management & product marketing experience in a traditional Consumer Packaged Goods company

Industry and/or product experience in the nutrition category

3+ years of P&L and project management experience

Demonstrated successes in new product development, with a thorough understanding of taking a product from concept to launch

Cross-functional team management experience, collaborating closely with other commercial functions to achieve common goals

Experience managing multiple product segments and multiple product introductions

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
