Position Summary

J.M. Huber Corporation, an innovative manufacturing company, seeks a personable and highly motivated intern to support the Huber Communications team with strategic projects related to producing executive summaries, creating social media content, digitizing historical company stories and documents and supporting various People & Culture communications projects. As part of the summer internship program, this intern will have the chance to work with experienced Communications and Graphic Design professionals. Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Create external culture social posts stemming from the Employee Value Proposition/External Branding project Update the Huber Style Guide Create communications materials for plant managers utilizing existing editorial content Support Employee Resource Group event communications Digitize and determine a file storage system for a collection of paper "Huber People" and other historical documents Clean up current photo storage platform and assist in preparation for a transition to a new Digital Asset Management platform Assist with video creation and editing projects as required Education, Specialized/Technical Knowledge or Required Skills

Current undergraduate student or graduate student studying Journalism, Public Relations, Communications or Marketing Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Zoom Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to work in detail-oriented, dynamic and changing environment
