Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr

We're currently seeking a Marketing Manager for a leading packaging manufacturer in Chicago Heights, IL. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a vital role in managing core products and service offerings, creating new revenue channels, enhancing profitability, and increasing market share.

Base Salary - $120k to $135k +8% eligible bonus!

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, engineering, or a related field
• MBA in Marketing is preferred!
• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing
• 5+ years of experience working in marketing, product management, or business development
• Ideally working in manufacturing, packaging, or automation industries
• Packaging, Food & Beverage, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or Consumer products goods industry experience
• Able to travel (10-20%) to other business units, trade shows, or sales meetings
• Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
• Experience with MRP software (Movex, SAP, Oracle)

Responsibilities:

• Support the SMM in close cooperation with Sales Managers and with the relevant BU Technical, Operations, and Finance Teams
• Managing core products and service offerings, creating new revenue channels, enhancing profitability, and increasing market share
• Develops and manages the Product & Service Roadmap by owning go-to-market strategies and tactics that enable profitable growth, new sales in different channels, increase asset utilization, drive new and core product and service offerings
• Market & Product Strategy: Develop the marketing tactics to support select product and service strategies, provide short-term and long-term forecasting towards the annual operating plan and quarterly estimates with detailed market and customer sales units
• New and Core Products & Services: Lead marketing input for new ERP implementation; drive integrated solution for quotes and forecasting, MRP through new ERP system
• Demand Generation and Sales Enablement: Develop industry relationships and partnerships for demand and lead generation in select market segments
