REMOTE POSITION


Scope/Purpose of the Position

The Marketing Assistant will play a crucial role on the corporate marketing team by driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation through effective content creation, copy writing, and marketing strategies. They will be responsible for assisting in crafting compelling content for various channels, including social media, emails, flyers, and website for corporate, while also assisting the sales team directly with their individual marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions

Content Creation:

  • Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase brand visibility and attract potential customers.
  • Craft persuasive email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and facilitate customer retention.
  • Design captivating flyers and promotional materials for events, product launches, and other advertising campaigns.

Marketing Campaigns:

  • Plan and create content for marketing campaigns that align with the industry's regulatory requirements and adhere to compliance guidelines.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and utilize data-driven insights to enhance future marketing initiatives.

Market Research:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Utilize market research insights to develop effective marketing strategies that resonate with the target audience.

Brand Management:

  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and ensure adherence to the brand guidelines in all communication materials.

Collaborative Projects:

  • Work directly with the sales team to create marketing materials that align with our brand standards, marketing strategies, and business objectives and improve customer engagement.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Intern, Marketing Assistant, or similar role.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task, as well as have excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated success in content creation and customer service.
  • Experience in Monday.com (or similar project management tool), Canva, Chat GPT (or similar AI tool), and in marketing tools such as HubSpot, Adobe Suite, and SureFire (or similar Mortgage CRM) is a plus.
