The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that align with UpSpring’s mission and business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of the CPG industry, experience working with large national retailers, and expertise in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving brand growth, optimizing retail performance, and leveraging data-driven insights to achieve measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive brand growth.
- Identify and leverage market trends, consumer insights, and competitive opportunities to enhance brand positioning.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned and effectively executed.
2. Retail & Channel Marketing
- Strengthen UpSpring’s presence across retail and e-commerce channels by optimizing marketing strategies.
- Develop and execute initiatives to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and sales performance in key markets.
- Analyze retail performance data to inform marketing decisions and maximize growth opportunities.
3. Digital & Consumer Engagement
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, ensuring a compelling and consistent brand presence.
- Manage content strategies, including influencer collaborations and brand partnerships, to enhance consumer connection.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand objectives and deliver measurable impact.
- Utilize insights and analytics to refine strategies and improve engagement.
4. Performance & Budget Management
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively for maximum impact.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing strategic insights for continuous optimization.
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across marketing initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a related field within CPG, retail, or digital marketing.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand growth.
- Experience working with retail and e-commerce channels, including national retailers and online marketplaces.
- Expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, and consumer engagement, with a proven ability to enhance brand presence.
- Proficiency in analyzing marketing performance data and translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience managing budgets and marketing resources to optimize ROI.
- Strong collaboration and leadership skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage external partnerships.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects while maintaining strategic focus.
- Passion for women’s wellness, health, and consumer-driven innovation is a plus.
