DIRECT Staffing Solutions is hiring: Marketing Manager in Plano

Primary Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing, Digital Product Strategy, Product Marketing Management, and/or Management Consulting.

Work with Sales/Business Development Directors on marketing strategies to promote our Client’s products & services.

Run marketing campaigns for customers (digital & tradeshows).

Organize leads from different sources and work with our sales team.

Support / Maintain website and keep the content fresh and relevant.

Work with Siemens Digital Industries marketing team and run joint projects and coordinate on content syndication.

Continuous engagement with customers, showing them our value, promoting Client’s brand, run periodic educational/promotional events.

Continuous Administration of Product, Service Key Must Have’s:

Ideally would like a Bachelors’ Degree in marketing or associated field.

2-4 years of progressive marketing experience

First and foremost must be very good at digital marketing, self Driven. From ideas to strategy to the tools that you need to execute it independently as there will be no one to help this person.

If they can also manage physical events, that is a huge plus.

Whatever tools they need to have to do the digital marketing (IE Adobe, .ppt, Zift, excel) and special tools they will buy for this person.

Be able to do large email campaigns.

Any knowledge on Siemens software is a huge plus.

Should have some industry experience in CAD/CAM/PLM/manufacturing industry.

Good communications skills

Dynamic personality to get along with executives, technical staff and sales people.
