Responsibilities

  • Create and post content for a company's social media accounts, including short-form copy like captions, tweets, and status updates, and long-form articles.
  • Develop a social media strategy that aligns with the company's business and marketing strategy.
  • Build and moderate social media communities by responding to comments and keeping members engaged.
  • Develop and manage the brand's social media identity.
  • Create new social marketing campaigns and plan paid social media advertising strategies and budgets.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like link clicks and likes and analyze trends and competitor performance.
  • Analyze online traffic statistics and marketing data.
  • Update social media content across all channels
  • Stay up to date with social media trends
  • Seek opportunities for business publications
  • Seek opportunities for Company staff to serve on business panels
  • Communicate effectively to all stakeholders, including senior management
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 3 years of experience as a marketing/social media manager or a similar role
  • Experience creating social media strategies
  • Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Enthusiastic self-starter
  • Aptitude for crafting engaging content
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities


Pay Range

USD $75,000.00 - USD $85,000.00 /Yr.
