What We NeedWe are seeking an experienced Publisher Account Manager to oversee, nurture, expand, and launch new products within a dedicated portfolio of premium publisher partners that spans both Web and CTV. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing publisher relationships within an SSP, Publisher, or ad tech firm.What You Can Expect In This RoleOnboard and expand Web & CTV Publisher partners through header and tag-based implementations, including:Host external kickoff and planning sessionsProject manage publisher & product launches, including publishers/placements setup, applying block lists & format restrictions, placement mapping, etc.Post-launch QA, troubleshooting, optimization, and reportingTrack & drive performance across a diverse portfolio of top-tier publishersManage day-to-day relationships with publishers through scheduled outreach and ad hoc communications, providing robust sales-oriented responses to inquiriesProactively advocate for Yieldmo's suite of products, highlighting their value proposition for publisher success in programmatic and direct digital salesPromote adoption of new ad products, applications, and optimization opportunitiesEstablish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in publisher business development, sales, data, and operations teamsIdentify, track, and surpass publisher KPIs including revenue, fill rates, and CPMsProvide training and support for publisher sales and operations teams on Yieldmo's proprietary formats and contextual data productsRequirements3-5 years of experience at an ad tech firm or media companyBachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Business Administration or a related subject a plusAdvanced GSuite & MS Office application abilitiesStrong analytical and yield management skillsExceptional problem-solving abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an aptitude for effective storytellingHiring ProcessSelect candidates will be invited to schedule a 30 minute screening call with a member of our Talent Acquisition team. The range listed is just one component of Yieldmo's total compensation package for employees. Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience, level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. In these situations, the updated salary range will be communicated with you as a candidate. For all other countries, we have competitive pay bands based on market standards.
