About the job Digital Experience Designer
We are seeking a talented and creative Digital Experience Designer to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences across various platforms, including websites, mobile apps, and other digital touchpoints. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate user needs and business goals into compelling and effective designs.
Responsibilities:
Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs and behaviors.
Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts.
Design high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
Collaborate with developers to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions.
Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate on designs.
Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies.
Contribute to the overall design system and brand guidelines.
Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to other designers.
Effectively communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or a similar role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
US Citizenship or Green Card Holder required.

Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
