BCforward is seeking a highly motivated Technical Writer to support their pharmaceutical client in Raleigh, NC. Expected duration: Long Term Location: Raleigh, NC (4 days week onsite) Responsibilities: Produce system documentation from content provided by subject matter experts (SMEs), providing guidance on format to create quality documentation within expected timelines. Provide team with guidance on creation and delivery of required documentation according to local/SOPs. Deliver monthly / adhoc / trend metric data reports in ServiceNow and work with client leadership to produce summary reports (.pptx documentation) for management level reporting. Analyze data captured in ticketing system and provide recommendation for training to reduce operator error ticket volume. Create knowledge articles that promote system learning to users and team members.
