Expert Sysadmin with the following skills:

70% of development experience with integration experience and 30% large scale platform operations. We have 19 environments. Soft skills a serious plus.
They likely have their Syadmin and CAD certs.

Must-have for development role:
• Experience working in several large ServiceNow environments to understand good and bad practices
• Hands-on development creating custom REST API integrations both real-time and in Flow Designer
• Solid understanding of LDAP connections to Active Directory and navigate through OU structure
• Scoped app development.

Operations role:
• Can handle up to 5-10 requests and incidents daily. Can communicate with submitter if details are unclear.
• Understanding of Navy Federal security access processes and restrictions (what you can and cannot do) (ability to understand)
• Maintain scheduled data flows into and out of ServiceNow
• Can identify and implement opportunities to automate or streamline routine activities
• Continually improve on processes before and after upgrades, clones, and plugin installations/updates
