This senior leadership position is focused on driving business growth and agent productivity through the evolution of the brand, client segmentation, and the generation of corporate leads. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a technology team to deliver high-quality solutions that align with the value stream's business outcomes. Key responsibilities include optimizing the Adobe suite of products, collaborating with marketing and IT teams for the integration of marketing technologies, and managing the value stream's application portfolio. The role also involves fostering innovation, leading digital transformation initiatives, and ensuring the value stream's technology strategy is in line with the enterprise and foundational business technology strategies. Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science/IT, with a Master's/MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred, and at least 10 years' experience in a relevant leadership role. A background in insurance and/or financial services is preferred. The ideal candidate will be a proven thought leader and change agent, with extensive experience in agile delivery and a strong understanding of agile development methodologies. They should be a charismatic communicator, a reliable leader with strong values, and have a proven track record of collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. Experience in marketing technology, particularly with the Adobe suite of products, is essential, as is a passion for people development and a performance-oriented approach.
