Are you a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to growth marketing? At Mapsly, we are in search of a VP of Marketing who is passionate about driving transformative growth through innovative strategies. This role offers you the chance to take ownership of the marketing function—from brand development to demand generation—while emphasizing data-driven success and scalability. We believe in a unique blend of product-led growth (PLG) and smart marketing strategies that include both outbound and inbound methods. You will collaborate closely with leadership, sales, and product teams to enhance the adoption, retention, and expansion of Mapsly. Responsibilities Growth Strategy & Execution:

Create and implement scalable, ROI-focused growth marketing initiatives across various channels, including organic and paid. Demand Generation:

Streamline lead acquisition and conversion funnels encompassing PPC, SEO, content marketing, partnerships, and email automation. Brand Positioning & Messaging:

Develop a compelling narrative that sets Mapsly apart in the CRM and field sales automation sectors. Partnerships & Integrations Marketing:

Spearhead partnership building and co-marketing initiatives with CRM platforms and industry leaders. Product Marketing:

Design engaging feature launches, case studies, and sales materials that facilitate better adoption and conversion. PLG and User Onboarding:

Enhance the self-service trial experience by collaborating with product teams on in-app prompts, tutorials, and guided tours. Marketing Analytics & Experimentation:

Establish A/B testing and tracking alongside marketing automation to refine CAC, LTV, and churn metrics. Community & Referral Growth:

Launch customer referral initiatives, ambassador programs, and leverage existing revenue-sharing affiliate programs. Team Leadership:

Recruit and guide marketing specialists as Mapsly continues to expand. Key Skills & Experience 5+ years in SaaS B2B marketing with a growth hacking, performance marketing, or demand generation focus. A proven track record of scaling SaaS companies through innovative, high-ROI strategies that consistently achieve lead gen and revenue growth KPIs. Hands-on expertise in marketing automation, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing. Solid understanding of CRM platforms and integrations within marketing. Experience with freemium and PLG models, actively optimizing free-to-paid conversions. A data-driven mindset, with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup setting, focusing on impactful projects. Nice-to-Have Background in marketing to field sales, field service, logistics, or similar sectors with external team dynamics. Experience in scaling affiliate programs or managing revenue-sharing partnerships. Familiarity with localization strategies for global business expansion.
