Job Description Summary The Senior Manager, Marketing Strategy will support HCP marketing by delivering insight-driven tactics to drive customer impact. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Strategy, this role will collaborate closely with marketing strategists and other strategic partners to ensure effective orchestration of marketing strategies into campaigns, tactics, and experiences. This role will also contribute to the integrated HCP marketing plan and interface with the Customer Engagement training and field leadership teams.

This position will be located at the East Hanover, NJ campus and will not have the ability to be located remotely. This position will require up to 25% travel as defined by the business (domestic and/ or international). Please note that this role would not provide relocation and only local candidates will be considered.

Job Description Key Responsibilities: Establish brand-specific expertise and create engaging brand-centered content for personalized experiences. Share and embed knowledge on best practices to engage HCPs and change behavior across the brand lifecycle. Execute best-in-class digital marketing strategies aligned with brand goals to maximize business results. Ensure digital plans are appropriately implemented and optimized. Support and deliver the HCP integrated plan for the brand, managing the MAP process and pulling through brand claims and imagery and ensure on-time delivery of assets. Drive excellence in developing lead assets for the HCP-facing field team, partnering closely with the Customer Experience Planning and Optimization team. Identify market insights and opportunities via customer interactions. Manage key aspects of executional budget and collaborate with strategic partners to ensure budget expectations are met Essential Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree required 2+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech or healthcare marketing background with a total of 5+ years relevant work experience Demonstrated experience establishing and engaging key customer groups and other important internal and external stakeholders to gain insights to evolve brand strategy and communication History of success, showing strong strategic thinking, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Strong written and oral communication skills Proven track record of strong teamwork and collaboration Strong project management experience and skills Strong learning agility/growth mindset Desirable Requirements: Experience in HCP and/or Patient Marketing with understanding of Specialty Pharmacy processes. The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $119,700 and $222,300/year; however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/25 through 12/31/25, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
