With a strong presence in the market, this brand is committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences and building lasting customer relationships. Position Overview: The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and foster loyalty. This individual will oversee the marketing team and digital strategy, ensuring campaigns are innovative, data-driven, and aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead the marketing team, setting clear objectives and fostering a culture of creativity and performance. Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan across multiple channels, including digital, email, mobile app, and online platforms. Manage CRM implementations to improve customer engagement, retention, and segmentation strategies. Design and deliver data-driven marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales growth. Oversee loyalty programs, optimizing them to increase customer retention and lifetime value. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to refine strategies and maximize ROI. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure brand consistency across all marketing efforts. Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact. Qualifications & Experience: 8+ years of marketing experience in the Food & Beverage or Hospitality industries, preferably with national or global brands. Strong expertise in digital marketing (email, mobile app, online platforms) and customer engagement strategies. Proven experience in CRM implementations and leveraging data for targeted marketing efforts. Demonstrated success in campaign design and delivery, with a track record of driving brand growth. Experience managing loyalty programs is a huge plus. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Excellent communication and project management skills.
