LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Analyst to join our client’s team in the Dallas metro area. The ideal candidate will have experience developing a measurement strategy to track campaign performance. This role requires strong communication skills and understanding of marketing analytics with experience in a client-facing role.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the go-to expert for performance marketing analytics within the organization
  • Work closely with account managers, creative teams, media planners, and project coordinators
  • Quickly tailor your analytical methods to suit a wide range of clients, goals, and challenges
  • Build and sustain cross-departmental relationships to provide thorough client support
  • Guide and support junior team members
  • Oversee multiple client projects at once, ensuring proper prioritization
  • Meet strict deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality
  • Combine detailed analysis with streamlined reporting processes
  • Adjust to changing client needs and the fast-paced digital environment

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, analytics or related field
  • 4-5 years of performance marketing analysis experience
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, data visualization tools, Tableau, Salesforce, HubSpot or similar

 

Salary: starting at $75,000 (based on experience)

Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
