White Oak Partners LLC is seeking a highly talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a rapidly growing real estate investment and development firm, we are seeking a dynamic individual with a passion for design and a keen eye for detail.

As a Graphic Designer at White Oak Partners LLC, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from branding and marketing materials to website design and presentation graphics. You will use your technical and creative skills to bring our ideas to life and help us effectively communicate our brand message to our clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and create visually appealing and impactful marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, and presentations

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and maintain the company's brand identity and ensure brand consistency across all materials

- Assist in the creation and maintenance of the company's website and social media platforms

- Create and edit visuals for presentations and proposals, utilizing a variety of software and design tools

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into our designs

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained

- Work closely with other members of the team, including marketing and communication specialists, to ensure that all designs align with the company’s overall strategy and goals

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software

- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and styles

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

- Experience in real estate or construction industry is a plus, but not required
