JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary
Regal Boats is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support our team in promoting our luxury boats and brand. This role is perfect for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in branding, content creation, event planning, and marketing strategy in a growing and innovative manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities

- Assist with the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and promotional content.
- Support social media campaigns, including content scheduling, engagement tracking, and analytics reporting.
- Collaborate on photo and video shoots, ensuring assets are organized and meet branding guidelines.
- Assist in planning and coordinating events such as boat shows, dealer meetings, and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research to gather insights about competitors, customer preferences, and industry trends.
- Help manage digital asset libraries and marketing collateral for internal and external use.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to maintain consistent branding and messaging.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and analytics.
- Interest in event planning or promotional activities.
- Passion for boating, outdoor recreation, or the marine industry.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.
