JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary
Regal Boats is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support our team in promoting our luxury boats and brand. This role is perfect for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in branding, content creation, event planning, and marketing strategy in a growing and innovative manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist with the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and promotional content.
2. Support social media campaigns, including content scheduling, engagement tracking, and analytics reporting.
3. Collaborate on photo and video shoots, ensuring assets are organized and meet branding guidelines.
4. Assist in planning and coordinating events such as boat shows, dealer meetings, and promotional activities.
5. Conduct market research to gather insights about competitors, customer preferences, and industry trends.
6. Help manage digital asset libraries and marketing collateral for internal and external use.
7. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to maintain consistent branding and messaging.
8. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.

Required Qualifications

1. Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
2. Basic understanding of social media platforms and analytics.
3. Interest in event planning or promotional activities.
4. Passion for boating, outdoor recreation, or the marine industry.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.
