Social Media CoordinatorMoss Motors, Inc is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Lafayette, Louisiana. As the Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and implementing the dealership's social media strategy. This includes creating engaging content, monitoring online conversations, and analyzing social media data to drive engagement and brand awareness. This role will also work closely with executive management to assist in and cover various events - flexibility to attend evening or weekend events is necessary.Pay will commensurate with experience. We will look at both Full Time and Part Time candidates.Responsibilities:Create and manage the company's social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube.Develop and execute social media campaigns to promote brand awareness and drive customer engagementCreate and curate organic, engaging content, including text posts, images, and videosMonitor online conversations and respond to comments and messages in a timely mannerAnalyze social media data and develop actionable insights to optimize performance and inform future strategiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social media aligns with overall marketing initiativesStay up-to-date on emerging social media trends and best practicesAssist in Event planning and coverage (some evenings and weekends)Requirements:Prior experience in managing social media accounts and implementing social media strategiesProficiency in using social media management toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiencesAbility to analyze data and draw insights to optimize social media performanceStrong organizational and multitasking skillsAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsBenefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance. 401(k) A dynamic and inclusive work environment.
